1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, etc.)
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items

4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for different sizes or colors. Contact us for availability before returning your item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
